Q. HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
We have a Soul Session every two weeks, varying from 60 to 120 minutes. The awareness exercises you receive are tailored to your life and help you approach situations differently and have conversations more effectively. These exercises integrate effortlessly into your daily routine.
Q. ARE THE INVESTMENTS DEDUCTIBLE?
On the invoice I can mention that you are participating in a (business) coaching trajectory, so that you can declare this as an investment. This allows you to deduct the VAT and declare the costs as a course, which increases the financial benefits.
Q. ARE THE SESSIONS ONLINE OR LIVE?
You can decide for yourself whether you want to come to Amsterdam Noord or whether we do the sessions via Zoom. Some sessions are nice to do live, but this is not necessary
Q. WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
You have the option to reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. As a trajectory client, you will be given priority over clients who book individual sessions. After the 3-month trajectory, you will have 1 month to catch up on missed sessions; for the 6-month trajectory, this is 2 months.
Q. IS IT EMOTIONALLY TOUGH, WILL IT TAKE A LOT OF ENERGY?
From experience I often see a lot of relief, because people realize that they no longer have to meet expectations that they have imposed on themselves. You can also literally start to feel less heavy. You will let go of so much energetic ballast, that you will start to feel lighter, often also on a physical level. What you can say against this, is that you sometimes have to step out of your comfort zone. No friction, no shine!
